VIK CHECK-IN KIOSK SYSTEM

The Visitors Information Kiosk System (VIKS) is a new self-check-in kiosk incorporating facial recognition technology. It enables customers to check their loyalty points, receive digital vouchers, enroll for membership, obtain event tickets, and receive promotional chips/credits digitally. VIKS is a faster and more efficient service that replaces the customer service representative role. The innovative design includes an industry-first vertical curved touchscreen display, which is easy to use and intuitive. The kiosk's compact and attractive design makes it suitable for deployment in Macau, Manila, and Cyprus. It features a 23" curved touchscreen panel for effortless engagement and strategically placed card readers and printers for better access. The kiosk is also mobile and can be moved from one location to another depending on the venue set up seasonally.
